All ticket sales are final. It is our policy to never "cancel" an event. However, in some circumstances beyond our control, it may be necessary to postpone/reschedule an event. In the unlikely event a show is postponed/rescheduled for any reason, purchaser will have the option to use/exchange their ticket for a future Suncoast Country Opry Show event of equal or lesser value within 120 days of the postponed event date.
Should an event become postponed/rescheduled, it is the purchaser's responsibility to contact us in order to issue the exchange ticket a minimum of 7 business days prior to the desired event. All such inquiries should be made via email to: firstname.lastname@example.org. Or you can call 877-712-OPRY to leave a message.
If the next desired event is sold out, purchaser must select an alternative event.
